Born on September 5, 1990, in Oregon, Ohio, Tiffany excelled academically, graduating in the top 10% of her high school class. She studied Information Technology at Owens Community College, earning induction into the Phi Theta Kappa honor society, before completing her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance at the University of Toledo in 2017.
